Reception
Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits. |

Dispensers
Repeat prescriptions may be requested by using the tear off slip on your prescription. Please tick the items required. You can also submit a request using our website. We require 48 hours notice to process your prescription. In the interests of safety we do not routinely accept telephone requests for medication. Patients who are housebound may make special arrangements with the dispensary to do so. We are able to dispense medication to patients who live outside Perranzabuloe Parish. If you would like to have your medication direct from the surgery dispensary you will need to complete a form to register for this service. We operate a delivery service to the outlying areas of St Newlyn East, Cubert and Zelah, details of which are available from our dispensary. Opening hours are 8.30-12.30 and 1.30-6 Monday to Friday Our dispensary telephone line opens between 10-12.30 and 1.30-4.30. |
